Just Dance ( by Lady Gaga)
OKAY so, Lydia keeps bothering me to update, and i keep telling her no one's reading anyway, but she IS a professional irritater, so here i am.SO. where did i stop? right. that day when (OMG) ALTNOY MV (hahaha) came out, me and my sisters went to Escape TP and Downtown to ice-skate.I'm gonna cheat now, and copy-paste excerpts from my sisters' blogs hahaha.
Recap:
MON, DEC 15th
Kak Dee: So me and my 4 sisters went to Escape, which was fun, even though there aren't any new rides, and my two favourite rides are under construction. Yes: no Rainbow, and no Inverter. After exhausting ourselves on the rides and queues, we left for a mo and went... ice skating! Yay! That's one thing I can cross off my list. Sad to say, though, that I was pretty lousy on ice. I mean, I could stand and move forward, but with little speed and even less confidence. The rest were, of course, naturals. Kak Han and Nina were fast, Lily had great balance, and Marinah was going around helping other kids. (side note: notice the part with me ;D aweosme)
Kak Han: and we also went e!hub's mini ice skating rink, so we were wet AND cold, and i burst the blood vessels in my right thumb so it's sore and red :(
abeh licin! jatuh lah! tapi best, ada fake snow.. haaah hahah ahhaahh hahah hoo hoo hee hooo hahah.
(side note: the ice DID NOT taste good.)
Nina: (at the ice rink) Kak Lily never fell once but, at the last last minute, we colided, hard. She was falling so she grabbed me but I wasnt prepared, so she fell hard on her back and I fell right on top of her. She said a very rude word but I dont blame her much, as the fall was really big. So much for not falling, ever.
Then, we decided to return toETP and play some more, but K Lily didnt wanna so she went home first.
(side note:i returned home first cos i was excited THE WHOLE DAY cos of ALTNOY music video world premiere.)
TUES, DEC 16
Kak Dee: Today was Forest Adventure Day! We scheduled to be there at 10, so we left with Mama and the rest who were going to school for the book sale (hawhaw).
The whole Grand Course is made up of 4 sites, but its really not too complicated. It's mostly clips, ladders, bridges, nets and ziplines. You basically climb up trees and move on shaky obstacle bridges from one tree to another, going higher and higher, until finally you zip down the zipline onto the sandbox, where you w ill either land on two feet or two buttocks. Your luck.
(side note: i fell on my butt TWO out of FOUR times. thats a pass :D)Kak Han:
i had a great time at forest adventure today, besides the fact that inside this tough girl (CHEH) is a wimp who is scared of swinging logs. but minus that, i thoroughly enjoyed the ziplines and i know my sisters got a kick out of the whole thing too.
(side note: WELL, SORRY i look horrible there haha. The helmet smells horrible.)FRIDAY, DEC 19th
Kak Dee: Went out for lunch yesterday with the Arena gang. It was nice to see everyone again.
(side note: We ate at Breeks, and the 'Arena gang' consists of me, Kak Dee, Kak Dinah, Kak Mus, and Cher Sarinah <3)WEDS, DEC 24th
Nina: So, today was really fun. first we decided to have pizza right. But we decided to go to the airport and see what was there, 'cause the Pizza Hut was too far away. So first we decided to go to Delifrance. Which was at T1. Then we rode the skytrain to T3 (haha) then to the T1. Somewhere in between me and Adik and K Dee entered but the door shut so my other family members had to wait. Haha. But then the Deli's menu was so limited so we decided to go to Breeks, which was at T2. And this time we didnt wanna ride the skytrain again (lol) so we walked.
Then blah blah we ate, it was really delicious, thanks Ba for paying xD.
(side note: it was Nina's 12th birthday <3)Kak Han: sometime within two weeks, my family had
fig&olive, pizza hut, THREE breeks meals, swensens, countless mcdonals and burger kings, and secret recipe.can you imagine the amount of cholestrol swimming in my blood stream?!
(side note: she's not kidding.)THURS, DEC 25th
Kak Han: today we played badminton, went to east coast AND pasir ris park, and i had a (paid) photo session with my cousins.
Kak Dee: Today's Christmas Day, so my Dad got a day off. We were (mercilessly) woken up at 6:30 am, true to my father's word, because we had planned the night before to play badminton very early in the morning, when conditions are best because of the cool weather and sleeping people.
The beach was just
littered with cans, plastic bags, party sprays, bottles - you name it, it was there on the beach floor.
The mangrove was heavily littered with, well, litter. We even found two footballs and one basketball. Like, what the heck?!
More fuming abounded.
Our final stop was at Gallops Stables, where we all got to pat and stroke Misty the Horse, before coming back home itchy, sandy, and pretty much gross.
Nina: Then, we went to East Coast Beach. God, there were alooot of litter...So we went to the Mangrove, it was wonderful. There were ALOT of crabs and mudskippers!
(side note: THERE WERE LOADS OF LITTER EVERYWHERE.)SAT, DEC 27th
WE WENT TO PULAU UBIN AND IT WAS FREAKIN FUN. IT WAS A FAMILY GATHERING WITH COUSINS FROM MY DAD'S SIDE. None of my sisters have blogged about this yet, so imma wait til they do, then i'll blog about it. FUIN FUN DAY!
